Organic (AB / Ecocert/ Nature et Progres)

The last few years have seen an awareness of the protection of the environment and our way of consuming, and with it an explosion in the number of certified organic winegrowers, concerned about preserving the environment while offering consumers, wines of quality despite a greater workload.

To be certified organic, need to meet different regulations depending on the country in the it is produced. In France, it has been framed since 2012 by European specifications which guarantee that the winegrower has not used synthetic chemicals in his vines and has only used certified organic components in the cellars, during a phase of 3 year conversion.

The best-known organic viticulture labels are the European 'AB' label, and the 'Nature Et Progrès' or 'Bio Cohérence' .
