Biodynamics is a hollistic approach which considers the Earth as a living organism.
It consists in strengthening the balance of the earth, the vine and its environment. By invigorating the earth in order to develop the inherent qualities of the terroir and by helping the vine to defend itself against disease or bad weather. The treatments on the soil or the vine are made at homeopathic doses, only of natural origin and take into account the influence of nature and astral rhythms.
The best-known biodynamic viticulture labels are'Biodyvin' and 'Demeter'.
